BoardAI does not save, store, or retain the content you enter during debate sessions. All data you provide — including topics, context, uploaded documents, advisor responses, votes, and synthesis results — exists only in memory during your active session and is permanently deleted when the session ends.

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how BoardAI ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and AI-powered advisory debate service (the "Service"). By using BoardAI, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2.2 Analytics Data

We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to collect anonymized, aggregated usage data such as:

  • Page views and navigation patterns
  • Performance metrics (page load times)
  • Browser type and device information
  • Geographic region (country level)

This data is anonymized and cannot be used to identify individual users.

If you voluntarily submit feedback through our feedback form, we may collect:

  • Feedback type (bug report, suggestion, UX issue, other)
  • Your written feedback message
